When capital injection is completed by using tangible assets such as real estate and equipment, a market-based valuation must be carried out. In collaboration with qualified valuation firms, we prepare valuation reports for submission to the relevant Chinese authorities, with documentation available in Chinese, English, or Japanese as required.
