When tangible assets such as real estate or equipment are contributed as capital, a market-based valuation may be required under the applicable rules. In collaboration with qualified valuation firms, we coordinate the preparation of valuation reports for submission to the relevant Chinese authorities. Supporting documentation can be prepared in Chinese, English, or Japanese as required.
