　　Prior to establishing UA, Mr. Suzuki served as legal representative of NERA Economy Consulting China office, Deloitte’s audit and tax departments. He has vast experience in areas of statutory audit, valuation, international taxation and transfer pricing. With over 25 years of experience working in China and Hong Kong, Mr. Suzuki provides diversified business advisory services to his clients. He also had published papers related to Sino-Japanese taxation and transfer pricing and frequently publishes his work for professional journal “International taxation”. He graduated from WASEDA University and is a Japanese Certified Public Accountant and Tax Agent. Mr. Suzuki is also proficient in Chinese and English.

　　Before joining UA, Mr. Oshiro served as finance director of a leading Japanese company. He also worked at a Big Four accounting firm, where he provided accounting and tax advisory services to businesses operating in China. He is an expert in Chinese accounting and taxation, and is known for his professional and practical experiences. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Hong Kong University and a MBA from Texas A&M University. He is a Chartered Accountant of USA, and is proficient in Chinese and English.

　　Since joining UA in 2016, she has provided one-stop corporate services to businesses in China, including company registration, payroll calculation, bookkeeping, monthly and annual tax filings, assistance with tax reviews, trademark registration, and company deregistration.

　　After graduating from university in 2014, Ms. Zhou had worked for a local company’s finance department. In 2016, she joined UA to provide bookkeeping, financial accounting consulting, company liquidation and other various services. Through her years of experience in the field of company liquidation, she is an experienced advisor for liquidation business with good communication skills with government organizations such as Industrial and Commercial Bureau, Tax Bureau, the Customs.

　　From 2008 to 2013, Ms. Sun worked as an assistant for a Japanese subsidiary in Shanghai. In 2013, she joined UA as an administrative staff. She has experience in company registration and working VISA services. She monitors the latest relevant policies and administrative practices to provide reliable company registration and work visa support for businesses and eligible foreign employees. She is fluent in Japanese.
